New Flights to Las Vegas from Pacific Northwest Take Off

Alaska Airlines launches service between Bellingham, WA., and Las Vegas on Thursday, June 25 with three weekly flights. On Monday, August 3, the carrier will add a fourth flight.

"We're pleased to respond to customer demand for this popular destination," said Steve Jarvis, Alaska Airlines' vice president of marketing, sales and customer experience. "Our nonstop Bellingham-Las Vegas service is a convenient alternative for travel from the Pacific Northwest and Lower Mainland of British Columbia."

As of June 25, roundtrip flights depart every Thursday, Friday and Sunday. Monday service begins in August. The estimated flight time is around 150 minutes.

Alaska Airlines previously served Bellingham from 1989 to 1992, and since has been serving the market via sister carrier Horizon Air.
