Northwest to Fly Portland-Amsterdam Nonstop

In conjunction with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Northwest next year will launch daily, nonstop service from Portland, OR to Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The service is set to begin March 29, 2008, using Airbus A330 aircraft, which is equipped with lie-flat seats in business class. Flights depart Portland at 4:05 p.m. and arrive in Amsterdam at 11:00 a.m. the next day. Return flights depart Amsterdam at 10:30 a.m., arriving in Portland at 11:55 a.m. the same day.
