Norwegian Air Adds Bonus Month of Seasonal Service to Martinique

Norwegian Air has extended its schedule of nonstop flights from New York (JFK) to Martinique by one month.

The flights, which began November 10, were originally scheduled through the end of March. With the extension, clients can now enjoy a Martinique escape through the end of April 2017.

“Five months of Martinique is great, but six is most certainly better, especially as early indications seem to suggest we’re in for a particularly long and very cold winter,” said Muriel Wiltord, director of the Americas for the Martinique Promotion Bureau, in a written release. “We look forward to welcoming winter-weary U.S. travelers to our warm and welcoming shores through the end of April, and for years to come.”

Norwegian Air’s nonstop flights from New York (JFK) to Martinique depart at 1:20 p.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays and arrive in Martinique at about 7:15 p.m. Flights back to New York depart at 8:05 a.m. and arrive at around noon.

Norwegian’s winter 2016-2017 service to Martinique also features flights from Boston and Baltimore/Washington. Flights take off from Baltimore/Washington at 1 p.m. on Mondays and Fridays and land in Martinique at 6:25 p.m. Flights back to Baltimore/Washington leave Martinique at 8:10 a.m. and arrive back in the U.S. at 11:40 a.m.

Flights from Boston depart at 1 p.m. on Wednesdays and Sundays and arrive in Martinique at 6:30 p.m. Flights back to the U.S. depart Martinique at 8 a.m. and arrive back in Boston at 11:40 a.m.
