Orbitz Responds to Enterprise

In response to Enterprise Holdings' statement regarding the ending of its relationship with Orbitz, an Orbitz spokesmen recently offered the following comment:

“Orbitz and Enterprise Holdings were unable to find mutually agreeable terms for continued promotion of Enterprise brands on Orbitz.com and CheapTickets.com after the previous contract expired.”

“Orbitz has replaced Enterprise Holdings with other suppliers that better serve the needs of our customers. Moving forward, we will continue to give customers choice among a robust selection of car rental options--including Hertz, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Thrifty, Advantage and other leading suppliers--that will fully meet travelers' needs.”
