Rail Europe Inc. reports the launch of a revised version of its European rail expert course and exam, which is called TRAC: The Rail Agent Course. There are two new modules, one specific to rail in Switzerland and one specific to rail in France.
Rail Europe said its TRAC modules provide online course material and certification exams that agents can study at their own pace. Agents will study the best products to suit their clients’ needs, review rail maps and learn more about Rail Europe’s agent tools and resources.
Upon successful completion of Rail Europe’s TRAC, The Travel Institute in the United States awards agents 4 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) on the European Rail Module and 1 CEU each on the France and Switzerland Modules. At this time, all course materials are available in English only.
