Sabre Corporation and Virgin Australia have announced that they have renewed their technology agreement, widening the scope of the airlines’ partnership with SabreSonic. As an integrated platform that optimizes and automates reservations, inventory and departure control for flights, SabreSonic personalizes each customer’s flight experience.

The agreement also provides Virgin Australia with access to SabreSonic’s customer data hub, customer experience manager and dynamic retailer, as well as a range of mobile shopping, solutions and other software to maximize the comfort of each traveler’s flight.

The new partnership also has positive implementations for the airlines business. Virgin Australia’s CIO Lawrie Turner said, "Our partnership with Sabre has enabled us to strengthen our global presence with our customers, our alliance partners and our sales partners."
