Spirit Airlines Announces New Services

Spirit Airlines announced a variety of new services including adding daily nonstop service between Denver International Airport and Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport starting October 4, 2012.

Spirit’s fall/winter schedule from Denver includes daily nonstop service to Chicago O’Hare, Dallas/Fort Worth (twice daily), Fort Lauderdale, Las Vegas (twice daily), and Phoenix-Mesa, as well as one-stop service to Los Angeles and New York LaGuardia. 

Spirit’s fall/winter schedule from Phoenix-Mesa includes daily nonstop service to Denver and Dallas/Fort Worth, and seasonal service to Chicago O’Hare, as well as one-stop service to Fort Lauderdale.

Spirit also announced it is adding daily nonstop service between Portland International Airport and San Diego International Airport starting November 8, 2012.

Portland travelers can connect to Spirit’s new daily nonstop service between San Diego and Los Cabos, Mexico which also starts November 8, 2012 (subject to foreign government approval).

Spirit  also said it is adding two more new routes from Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental Airport starting October 4, 2012, including: daily nonstop service between Houston and Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport and daily nonstop service between Houston and Las Vegas.

Spirit also recently announced it is launching twice daily nonstop service between Houston and Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport on September 20, 2012, with connections available to six destinations including, Baltimore/Washington, Las Vegas, Phoenix/Mesa, Tampa/St. Petersburg, Toluca/Mexico City, and Portland, Oregon.
