1. Miami- Airfares are down 23 percent since last year
2. Rio de Janeiro, Brazil- Fares down 17 percent since last year
3. Dubrovnik, Croatia- Fares down 41 percent due to increased competition from low-cost carriers
4. Florence, Italy- Fares down 47 percent
5. San Diego- Fares down 13 percent
The 5 worst bargains are:
1. Sharm el Sheikh, Egypt- Fares up 21 percent
2. Kos, Greece- Fares up 47 percent
3. Dalaman, Turkey- Fares up 25 percent
4. Murcia, Spain- Fares are up 30 percent and are higher relative to other cities in Spain
5. Las Palmas, Spain- Fares up 9 percent
