More positive news for 2010, as 75 percent of those responding to Travel Ticker's 2010 Summer Travel Intentions Survey are planning to travel the same amount or more as compared to 2009. As for where these respondents plan to go, agents may want to take note of the preferred destinations and trip types.

When asked what type of dream summer getaway is the most desired this year, a majority chose beach getaways (37 percent) and cultural/sightseeing excursions (33 percent). As for the most popular spots, Travel Ticker listed their top 10 based on the respondents' answers.
