Caesars Entertainment, Victor Drai, and Gansevoort Announce New Las Vegas Luxury Hotel

VegasSure to ignite Las Vegas travel buzz, a new boutique lifestyle hotel will replace the deserted Bill’s Gamblin’ Hall and Saloon on prime Vegas Strip real estate. Scheduled for opening in early 2014, the hotel is a collaborative effort between the nationally established Caesars Entertainment Corporation, nightlife savant Victor Drai, and New York based luxury hotel brand Gansevoort.

Distinguishing itself from the multitude of surrounding skyscrapers with a more intimate approach to luxury, the property will include 169 Parisian apartment-style rooms and 19 suites, in addition to an upscale lobby bar, ultra-lounge, retail outlets, a destination restaurant overlooking The Strip, and a 40,000 square-foot casino.

Atop the hotel, Victor Drai will open his new combination beach and night club, featuring a 65,000 square-foot indoor/outdoor nightclub and rooftop pool experience, a Vegas first.  To entice the most dedicated clubbers, Drai will also bring his exclusive “After Hours” scene to the venue.

With its unique blend of high-end accommodations and popular entertainment offerings, executive vice president and chief marketing officer of Caesars Entertainment Tariq Shaukat is confident that “Gansevoort Las Vegas will be one of the most exciting destinations in Las Vegas.”
