This fall, Mandalay Place will usher in a cool new nightlife experience called Minus 5. Named for its constant frosty temperature of minus 5 degrees Celsius (27 degrees Fahrenheit), Minus 5 will be completely made of ice, from the walls and bar to the chairs and sculptures. After donning sheepskin-lined parkas, gloves and booties, guests will be invited to sip exotic vodka cocktails from specially designed ice glasses crafted from pure New Zealand spring water. Admission to the ice lounge will be $30 per person and will include one cocktail.
