The Resort Deluxe rooms at Wynn Las Vegas
The Resort Deluxe rooms at Wynn Las Vegas will have high-tech amenities and floor-to-ceiling windows.

For a destination like Las Vegas that draws so many repeat visitors annually, it is important to keep things looking fresh. One of the city’s top digs, Wynn Las Vegas, is gearing up to do just that. For the first time, the luxury property will be completely renovating its resort rooms and suites, a project that is slated to continue through early 2011.

While every room will sport new finishes (wallpaper, carpets, chairs, couches and lamps), each room category will be decked out with its own signature touches. For example, the new 640-square-foot Resort Deluxe rooms will come with a modern update to the classic resort room.

These rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows are accented with neutral and creamy colors and boast advanced technologies such as remote-control lighting, drapery and room service messaging. They also have LCD TVs.

The highlight of the Panoramic View Deluxe rooms is the view of the Strip and 18-hole golf course. These newly upgraded rooms, also 640 square feet and with all the amenities of a Resort Deluxe, will have bright colors and bespoke furnishings. Guests can choose from a king or double room.

The crème de la crème are the Panoramic Corner View Deluxe rooms, which also look out over the Strip and the golf course. The new, casually elegant furniture and upgraded remote technology that controls lighting and draperies set these accommodations apart.

All resort rooms have a bathroom with soaking tub, glass-enclosed shower and LCD TV and come with services such as massage, manicure, pedicure and hair styling. A sitting area with couch and ottoman as well as a dining table and chairs is also part of the layout.

Whenever guests manage to tear themselves away from their newly renovated rooms, we suggest heading poolside, where 45 cabanas are available. Each cabana has a stocked mini-fridge, plasma TV, fan, reserved lounge chairs and patio, and more. Nice touch: Cabana hosts are on hand to take care of all your clients’ needs. Reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance.

The expansive 2,716-room hotel and casino will continue with its signature luxury and guest services throughout the renovation. This will include the 110,000-square-foot casino, 21 food and beverage outlets, golf course, onsite Ferrari and Maserati dealership, retail space, nightclubs and lounges.
