This Week in Cruise: The Latest New Itineraries for 2015 and Beyond

uniworldThis week in cruise news saw some big new itinerary announcements from Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection, Celebrity Cruises and Crystal Cruises.

Uniworld announced that its lineup of 33 all-inclusive European itineraries set to launch in 2015 will offer six new programs.

Additionally, Uniworld will offer 45 additional departures on the most popular Rhine and Danube itineraries.

Uniworld’s new itineraries include the eight-day “Holland & Belgium at Tulip Time”; 10-day " Delightful Danube & Prague"; 10-day "Eastern Europe Explorer"; 14-day "Jewels of Spain, Portugal & the Douro River"; 19-day "Grand European Explorer" ; and 22-day "Ultimate France."

Meanwhile, Celebrity released its new lineup of cruise itineraries in the Caribbean for 2016 and 2017, introducing overnights and double overnights in Aruba, Barbados and Curacao.

Celebrity's Captain's Club members have the first opportunity to choose and book from more than 100 modern luxury getaways that set sail October 2016 - April 2017.

Finally, Crystal Cruises announced that, in response to guest feedback, its microbrew and craft beer cruises will return as part of the line's roster of Experiences of Discovery theme cruises for 2016 and 2017.

The microbrew theme cruises, which debuted in 2014, will return in November 2016 on a 14-day, roundtrip New Orleans voyage aboard Crystal Serenity, with special presentations from brewing experts and cicerones, plus tasting and pairing sessions.  

2016 will also welcome back wellness-themed “Mind, Body & Spirit” programming, featuring health and wellness experts and classes.
