This week, the carrier adds nonstop service between Atlanta and Seoul and New York and Bucharest. Just last week, Delta Air Lines launched service between its Atlanta hub and Dubai, as well as from New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport to Pisa. In addition, the carrier on Monday also announced it would increase the frequency of its Prague services from four to five times weekly, due to customer demand. Since emerging from bankruptcy last month, Delta has put plans in place to transform its network and revenue sources. Part of that effort has led to promotions within the senior management team. Late last week, Delta announced Robert Cortelyou promotion to senior vice president of network planning; Pam Elledge to senior vice president of global sales and distribution; and Gail Grimmett as senior vice president of revenue management.
