EVA Adding B777 to Los Angeles Service

EVA Air has taken delivery of its third Boeing 777-300ER aircraft and will place it into service on its Los Angeles-Taipei route late next month. The new aircraft is configured in three cabin classes. It will replace the aircraft currently in use on the carrier's flights 15 and 16. EVA plans to put a fourth B777-300ER aircraft into service beginning in November on its Los Angeles-Taipei route. The carrier will put four more of these aircraft into service on its U.S. routes next year, replacing Boeing 747-400 aircraft, and its plans are to operate 777s on all of its U.S. and Canada flights.
