First Carbon Neutral Airline to Take Flight

Silverjet, a business class carrier flying between New York and London, on Thursday embarks on its first flight. The carrier claims to be the world's first airline to be 100 percent carbon neutral. Included within each ticket price is a mandatory carbon offset contribution that gives passengers the opportunity to reinvest "Carbon Points" into a variety of environmental projects taking place around the world.
