Hawaiian Airlines Announces Details of South Korea Flights

Hawaiian Airlines announced that its new nonstop service between Honolulu and Seoul-Incheon International Airport in South Korea will begin on January 12, 2011. Tickets are now being sold for the new flights, and can be purchased online through Hawaiian’s newly introduced Korean-language website at, as well as its English-language website,

Flight #459 will depart Honolulu International Airport four times weekly on Tuesdays, Thursdays,
Saturdays, and Sundays at 1:20 p.m. and arrive at Seoul-Incheon International Airport at 8:05 p.m. the following day. Return Flight #460 will depart Incheon on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays at 10:00 p.m. and arrive in Honolulu at 11:00 a.m. the same day. (South Korea is 19 hours ahead of Honolulu and the flight crosses the International Dateline.)

Hawaiian will initially operate the route with its twin-aisle, wide-body Boeing 767-300ER aircraft
seating 264 passengers. The flights will add more than 54,000 air seats annually to Hawaii from South Korea’s largest metropolitan area.
