Late Friday and over the weekend, the latest chapter of Hawaii's interisland airfare war unfolded with Hawaiian Airlines and Aloha Airlines matching the latest salvo by new entrant Go! The new carrier, a division of Mesa Air Group, begins service in the islands June 9. Up for grabs are roundtrip fares for weekday travel starting at $59 for travel June 9 through Sept. 30 between Honolulu and Lihue, Kauai; Kahului, Maui; or Hilo or Kona on the Big Island. Tickets need to be purchased by May 22.
