SAS Reaches Deal With Danish Cabin Crew

SAS's Danish cabin workers said they agreed to a one-year labor pact with the Scandinavian airline, averting a strike that would have halted all of its flights from Denmark, the Wall Street Journal reports. The collective agreement covered wages, maximum working times and other conditions, the Danish Cabin Attendants Union said. The deal, which will be applied retrospectively on pay from March, will run until Feb. 28, and includes a wage rise of 3.5%, the union said.
