Starting today, Southwest Airlines customers can now check in for flights, cancel boarding passes and get Southwest information via their Web-enabled mobile device by visiting [www.mobile.southwest.com]. Customers enter a confirmation number, and the first and last name of one of the passengers listed in the reservation. Once checked in for the flight via the mobile device, customers can simply proceed to the airport and go to the nearest Rapid Check-In kiosk to print the boarding pass. The system will recognize that the customer has already checked in for the flight and will print a boarding pass reflecting the boarding group that was indicated on the check-in confirmation screen of the mobile device.
