Island Destinations Hands Major Accolade to Grand Velas

Grand Velas All Suites & Spa Resort Riviera Maya, a luxury all-inclusive, was awarded the “2010 Ultimate All-inclusive” by Island Destinations during their Travelers Collection 2010 launch in New York City. The Mexico resort was chosen over all other top all-inclusive resorts in Island Destinations’ Travelers Collection in Mexico, Caribbean, Costa Rica, Fiji and Seychelles.

The criteria for the award was based on a checklist process including quality of service, accommodations, cuisine, spa, activities and more. In particular, the Island Destination experts cited Grand Velas Riviera Maya’s outstanding a la carte gourmet dining, personalized butler service, Molton Brown amenities, progressive technology and “the nearly 90,000 square feet of unbelievable spa paradise.”
