Manfredi Lefebvre, chairman of Silversea Investments and Participations Ltd., announced Tuesday his company's investment in Cap Juluca Properties Ltd., an Anguillan company formed by an investor syndicate and led by travel industry executive Adam M. Aron, former chairman of Vail Resorts and RockResorts.

On April 9, Cap Juluca Properties acquired the Cap Juluca resort, which is located on the island of Anguilla in the Leeward Islands of the British West Indies. Plans for Cap Juluca include a total renovation of the property, with notable upgrades to the interiors of Cap Juluca's 18 guest villas.

Additionally, an all-new spa, retail shops and resort pool will be created on property along with the enhancement of restaurants, new landscaping and lighting and other new guest amenities—including the development of Cove Bay Beach, Cap Juluca's second currently undeveloped beach. The renovation is expected to cost as much as $80 million. Visit www.capjuluca.com.
