Virtuoso has awarded Protravel International as the network's top producing agency for the 11th year in a row.
Protravel was presented with the award last month during Virtuoso Travel Week in Las Vegas, which included a record-breaking delegation of 144 Protravel agents in attendance. In addition to the top honor, Protravel’s Annette Sordoni earned the grand prize for her travel photo submitted for the Virtuoso “Advisor Photo & Video Contest,” while her colleagues Pamela Hartman and Birgitt Pajarola have been honorably mentioned.

Sordoni won the photo contest for her image – “Please Bring Those Bags to My Room” – which she captured during a visit to Paris, France. The photograph captures a bellman carrying designer shopping bags to Sordoni’s room at the Peninsula Paris, which she experienced in a “dream-like atmosphere.” Sordoni’s Protravel colleague Pamela Hartman received honorable mention for her wanderlust-inducing entries of “King Penguins with Chick” (from South Georgia Island) and “Arctic Fox,” while Protravel agent Birgitt Pajarola earned honorable mention for her photo of a “Balinese Guide” (from Bali, Indonesia).
