Marriott Has Plans for Cambodia

Grand Lion Group, a Cambodia-based real estate and agriculture company, has signed a management agreement with Marriott International to operate Courtyard by Marriott Siem Reap.

Upon completion in 2011, he 218-room hotel will be located approximately 15 minutes away from Angkor Archaeological Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

The hotel will include an all-day dining restaurant, a Pool Bar & Grill, lobby lounge, swimming pool, fitness center and spa.

Plans are also in the works to open a resort hotel in Sihanoukville and a busines hotel in Phnom Penh.
