Rocky Mountaineer Unveils Online Travel Agent Training Program

Candian RockiesRocky Mountaineer has launched TRACKS, the company's very first online training program. The new initiative has been created to provide all sales representatives with the knowledge to sell Rocky Mountaineer’s vacations with confidence while achieving higher commissions. As an incentive, the first 100 participants, who successfully complete modules one and two by March 15, 2013, are entered into a draw to win one of three iPad minis.

“We are delighted to introduce the first phase of TRACKS to our sales partners from all over the world,” said Bob Nicholas, global vice president, sales of Rocky Mountaineer. “Our new online training program is convenient, interactive and equips the trade with up-to-date information that will assist them in selling Rocky Mountaineer more effectively and efficiently.”

The first two modules cover Rocky Mountaineer’s basic product outline with company history, route descriptions and different levels of service. Each training session presents detailed information and at the end, a short online quiz tests participants’ knowledge.  Over the next four months, TRACKS will roll out additional modules that will cover an array of topics relevant to Rocky Mountaineer and its product offerings.
