Auto Europe is reminding travelers - and travel agents - that there are still two weeks left to take advantage of Auto Europe's Winter Savings program on travel to Europe booked now through March 31, 2013. Reserve any car rental, minimum 3-day rental, in any European location that the company services and receive a Free GPS Rental, Auto Europe says.
The portable GPS units are a must have when traveling in Europe and come with a dash mount so they can be removed and taken into a villa or hotel room to plan the next day's trip or to find a particular restaurant or museum. They also come loaded with mapping for all of Western Europe and most of Eastern Europe, Auto Europe says.
In addition, early bookings receive a guaranteed free one-car class upgrade in Ireland, Italy, France, Spain, Germany and Poland. For example, reserve a compact class and receive a complimentary upgrade to a midsize class. Additional booking countries and upgrade categories are available, Auto Europe says.
Auto Europe reports it is also offering savings of up to 20 percent off on car rental services. The amount of discount varies based upon length of rental and pick up location.
Upgrade offer validity dates, available locations and applicable car categories vary depending upon rental location and are available in select European countries only, Auto Europe says.
Free GPS rental is available only for U.S. citizens residing in the United States and is valid for reservations made now through March 31, 2013 and excludes delivery charges of $40 per rental.
Auto Europe says seven day advance booking is required. Discount offer applies to time and mileage only and is available for European rentals only. All offers can be discontinued at any time without notice and are subject to change without notice.
