Cheng will oversee four iconic restaurants offering authentic cuisine and will also be responsible for managing the banquet facilities within the hotel, believed to be the largest in the growing city of Hefei, capital of Anhui Province in China. Cheng is a Hong Kong native and Australian national with 27 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
