Chad Waetzig has been appointed senior vice president of marketing for Sheraton Hotels & Resorts. Waetzig joins Starwood from Marriott International where he served as senior vice president of select service brand management. In his new post, he will be responsible for Sheraton's worldwide marketing efforts and oversee the marketing strategy supporting Sheraton's new brand positioning around warm, comforting, connections.
