Raffles Opens Penthouse Hotel in China

Raffles Tianjin, China's newest 'penthouse hotel' is expected to debut in March 2010 at the top of Tianjin Center.

The hotel will occupy floors 36 through 50 of the Tianjin Center's West Tower. It will have 116 rooms, including 22 suites.

The hotel, situated in Tianjin's financial district, will have a 24-hour Business Concierge, which are on staff to assist with guests' specialty requests.

Business guests also have access to the conference and corporate event facilities, which include a 400-person Grand Ballroom.

There will be five restaurants available including CitySpace Rooftop Bar, Qing Palace Chinese Restaurant, SoU Rooftop Restaurant, which will serve Japanese and European fare, and Opera Cafe and a Lobby Bar.

The Raffles Spa will feature 10 treatment rooms, a foot reflexology lounge, yoga room and heated swimming pool.
