American Express Travel Network Names Durocher, Patron

Lisa Durocher has been named general manager and senior vice president of the American Express U.S. Consumer Travel Network.

Durocher assumes her new role February 21, replacing Claire Bennett. Bennett was recently named executive vice president of loyalty and membership benefits. David Patron was named vice president of marketing for the U.S. Consumer Travel Network reporting to Durocher.

Durocher joined American Express in 2002 and most recently served as senior vice president and general manager for North America, enterprise growth. Durocher’s responsibilities include directing the Consumer Travel Network, providing customer service, expanding digital and mobile capabilities and deepening relationships with American Express cardmembers.

 

David Patron

The Consumer Travel Network also named David Patron as vice president of marketing. Patron previously oversaw the strategy, design and deployment of the Membership Rewards program. In his new capacity, Patron will lead the creation of customer-driven marketing initiatives to grow the Consumer Travel Network’s sales volume, build awareness for the extensive benefits afforded to cardmembers and maximize loyalty among the customer base.
