The Western Association of Travel Agencies (WESTA) reports the addition of 16 four-and five-star hotels and resorts to its Preferred Hotel Program. New luxury properties were added in Florida, Mexico, England, Ireland, Switzerland and South Africa.
The properties include Rancho Banderas in Punta Mita, Mexico; Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa in Cape Town, South Africa; and the medieval Ashford Castle on the shore of Lough Corrib in Ireland
Mike Estill, WESTA's chief operating officer, noted that WESTA will introduce the new properties at Preferred Hotel Program training workshops during upcoming events in Costa Mesa, San Jose, Portland and Seattle.
