American Cruise Lines' Newest Ship Set for Baltimore Debut

The American Star, American Cruise Lines' newest luxury ship, and fourth in its fleet, will begin sailing from Baltimore once it comes into service on June 2. The 100-passenger ship will offer a seven-night maiden voyage on the Chesapeake Bay until redeploying to Maine for its summer season that runs through September 29. The line's newest ship, which joins the Spirit, Glory and Eagle, will be decked out with expansive rooms with private verandahs, flat-screen TVs and DVD players.
