Celebrity Cruises Launches Second Phase of Agent Program

Celebrity Cruises on Friday launched the second phase of its Celebrity Special Agent program, aimed at improving travel agents' commissions by educating them further on the Celebrity product. The program features agent training on topics such as Celebrity's South America and Panama Canal cruises, while a course called "Groups 101" teaches agents how they can pad their bottom line by selling more groups. Agents who complete the two courses will receive seven entries into a sweepstakes for a cruise for two to South America, Panama Canal or the Caribbean. Agents can also earn entries by making bookings on South America, Panama Canal or Caribbean itineraries up to August 31. Agencies can also receive Group Amenities Program points during Special Agent Mission Two.
