Celestyal Cruises has announced its 2015 themed cruise itineraries, which focus on Greek gastronomy, archaeology, culture, wines, history and music.

“Celestyal Cruises is the only home porting cruise line in Greece – the Aegean is our home, and the world-renowned hospitality of the people of Greece is at the core of everything we do,” said Nicholas Filippidis director of product development in North America for Louis Cruises.

There will be a total of 64 themed cruises that will sail around the Greek Islands and Turkey. Guests will be able to listen to the bouzouki, a traditional Greek instrument, hear traditional Greek myths and songs, take part in cooking demonstrations and tastings all while on the cruise.

These cultural activities are included in the price of the cruise.

Many of Celestyal cruises leave from the ports of Athens, Piraeus and Lavrion. From these ports the two-ship fleet will sail to Chios, Crete, Ios, Mykonos and more.
