According to The Seattle Times, Regent Seven Seas is beginning to offer free wine and spirits on its cruise ships and Disney is cashing in on its "Pirates of the Caribbean" movie franchise on its ships. Cruise lines are working to stay ahead of the game by offering unusual and interesting trips, but they're also plagued by high fuel prices and some have initiated fuel surcharges that are currently on the rise.
