Crystal Waives Single Supplement on April 29 Cruise

Crystal Cruises has waived the usual 25 percent single supplement for its category E outside staterooms for its April 29 transatlantic voyage onboard Crystal Symphony. This Big Band-themed voyage boasts the Tommy Dorsey Orchestra and will feature additional Ambassador Hosts who will serve as dancing and dining partners for single guests. Travelers also can save 15 percent off all stateroom and suite categories for reservations made by Feb.15. Cruise fares start at $1,929 for single occupancy accommodations. In addition to evening shows and lots of dancing, the Big Band cruise features afternoon dances, swing lessons, and presentations designed around the theme. Guest lecturer Loren Schoenberg, conductor, saxophonist and current executive director of The Jazz Museum in Harlem, will talk about Big Band history. Guests choosing to combine their transatlantic experience with the subsequent 10-day Lisbon-to-Athens Mediterranean cruise will receive an additional 10 percent savings on the cruise fare. The single supplement reverts to 25 percent for most categories of this May 8 cruise. Visit [www.crystalcruises.com].
