Disney Cruise Line has opened up an office at the Meyer Werft shipyard in Papenburg, Germany, production site of DCL's two new ships slated for delivery in 2011 and 2012. At a ceremony this week, a flag carrying the Disney colors was hoisted outside the shipyard's entrance. "Meyer Werft's expertise and fine craftsmanship combined with classic Disney artistry and storytelling will ensure that our ships will be among the finest at sea," said Frank de Heer, vice president of new ship development for Walt Disney Imagineering.
