Starting in July, Canadian travel agents will have direct access to Silversea Cruises' reservation and sales team, making it less of a challenge to reserve space with the luxury line for high-end clients. The move will cut out the need for agencies to work with wholesalers. Canada is a growing market for Silversea says Marilyn Conroy, Silversea's senior vice president of sales and marketing for the Americas, and, thus, building a better relationship with agents there is key.
