Silversea Cruises is set to upgrade its bedding aboard all its four ships, with the installation of new Sealy Posturepedic EuroTop mattresses. Alternatively, guests staying in the line's top suites (Owner's, Grand, Royal and Rossellini) will enjoy Stearns & Foster ultra-luxury beds. The new custom designed beds will debut aboard the Silver Shadow when it embarks on its world cruise on Jan. 15.
