Silversea Welcomes Top British Innovators Aboard Two Culinary Arts Voyages

Silversea Cruises will welcome two of Britain's top culinary innovators to host two of its Culinary Arts voyages this year.

Jason Atherton, the Michelin-starred chef who owns restaurants in London, Hong Kong, Singapore and Shanghai, will host an Asia cruise, Silver Shadow's nine-day, Hong Kong-to-Singapore voyage (#3334) departing Nov. 25, and chocolatier Chantal Coady, founder of Rococo Chocolates, will host Silver Whisper's seven-day Caribbean cruise (#4329) sailing Nov. 8 roundtrip from Bridgetown, Barbados.

On Silversea's Culinary Arts voyages, celebrity chefs display their talents during informative cooking demonstrations where guests can taste and learn first hand the secrets of enticing signature dishes. These voyages also include escorted provisioning trips to international markets (when the itinerary permits), food and wine pairings, regional dishes and a five-course grand gourmet dinner. Throughout these special sailings, the featured guest chef and Silversea’s executive chef are on hand to share their culinary expertise and answer any questions.
