Windstar Cruises is offering two itineraries that will encompass New Year's Eve, according to the line. The 308-guest Wind Surf sails an eight-day cruise departing December 30 roundtrip from Barbados. The itinerary first visits Castries, St. Lucia where the ship will stay until 2:00 a.m. to ring in the new year. The ship also visits Tobago, the Grenadines, Dominica, and St. Vincent. Also, the 148-guest Wind Spirit sails a seven-day cruise departing December 30 from St. Thomas. Other islands visited include St. Barthélemy, Tortola, Jost Van Dyke and Virgin Gorda.
