Boca Grove in Boca Raton, Florida, has debuted a new activity for clients traveling with their family: beach 
tennis.
"Beach tennis can be played both competitively and recreationally, and because it's so simple to play, it appeals to athletes and non-athletes of all ages," says Richard Centerbar, director of tennis at Boca Grove.
Beach tennis combines tennis and beach volleyball by playing on a regulation beach volleyball court with tennis-esque rules. Four players, two on each side, volley a slightly depressurized tennis ball over the net using beach tennis paddles -- only one hit per team.
Boca Grove is the first club in the area to offer beach tennis courts.
