UNLVino will be returning to Las Vegas for the 43rd time. From March 30 through April 1, guests can partake in any of three unique events: Bubble-Licious at The Venetian, Sake Fever at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa, and the Grand Tasting at Paris Las Vegas.
At Bubble-Licious, guests will be able to sample champagne, sparking wine, and food from a variety of The Venetian and Palazzo’s restaurants. The event will take place under the stars at Doge’s Palace.
For those with different taste buds, Sake Fever will be offering sakes and craft beers and spirits from across the globe. This year will have a “best of the East and West” theme, combining extensive selections of sake and Japanese and American cuisine served poolside. The event will highlight Las Vegas’ mixology scene.
The main event is the final night: the Grand Tasting at Paris Las Vegas. Guests will have access to an unrivaled selection of premium beverages as well as live entertainment. Cuisine will be provided by UNLV’s culinary students and other Vegas restaurants. This UNLVino event will recognize the winner of the Dom Pérignon Award of Excellence, which is given to someone who has “distinguished themselves by setting an example through their inspirational leadership, character, and work ethic.”
