Viceroy Hotel Group has announced plans for a new luxury hotel in Buenos Aires.
Set to open in 2019, the Viceroy Buenos Aires will have 125 guest rooms and 30 residences designed by Carlos Ott. It will anchor Madero Harbour, an upscale urban planned community.
The hotel will have a signature restaurant, bar and lounge, pool, and spa, plus a special rooftop experience, with more amenities to be announced later. Nearby will be a shopping center with 120 retail outlets, restaurants, nightlife, cinemas, a heliport and more. The hotel will also be next to Harbour Tower, another architectural landmark designed by Carlos Ott.
Viceroy has also announced plans for a hotel in Panama, the Viceroy Bocas del Toro Panama. That hotel will be the first in the region with luxury overwater villas, Viceroy said.
Viceroy was selected by Gnvgroup to brand and manage the property. Gnvgroup is a real estate firm spearheaded by Alejandro Ginevra.
