Visit London has announced the launch of its latest North American advertising campaign. Themed "Welcome to my World," the Visit London campaign will reveal London through the eyes of London locals, promoting value for money activities in London as well as highlighting the great exchange rates for U.S. visitors.
The promotional activity is across radio, print and online, and will include locals' tips on neighborhoods to explore, events and ways to make the dollar go further. The campaign is running in key cities including New York, Chicago, Miami, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. In Canada, activity is focused on Vancouver and Toronto.
Visit London's promotion will include special flight offers from British Airways and hotel rates from Radisson Edwardian.
Among other events in London this year, Hampton Court Palace and the Tower of London will celebrate the accession of Henry VIII to the throne; Kew Gardens will celebrate its 250th anniversary and Charles Darwin's birth will be commemorated at the Natural History Museum.
