Miami—Monday marked the official start of the
2007 Seatrade Cruise Shipping Convention in Miami, but the real action will commence
Tuesday morning with the welcoming address by Seatrade's managing director
Christopher Hayman and an introductory address by Dan Hanrahan, president of
Celebrity Cruises and chairman of CLIA's marketing committee. An anticipated
state of the cruise industry session will follow, led by Bob Dickinson,
president and CEO of Carnival Cruise Lines; Richard Fain, chairman and CEO,
Royal Caribbean Cruises Limited; Stein Kruse, president and CEO of Holland
America Lines; Richard Sasso, president and CEO of MSC Cruises; and Colin
Veitch, president and CEO of Norwegian Cruise Line. Panelists will discuss the
latest trends and issues affecting the cruise industry. Check back throughout
