Funjet Vacations reports it has amended its Customer Care booking and commission policies. Effective immediately, commission levels will be maintained at the agency’s highest level. Previously these bookings were subject to a five percent commission.
In addition, agents will be able to maintain access to bookings when they have been modified by Funjet’s Customer Care department. Funjet has also reduced the booking processing fee to $20 per reservation. This translates into a savings of $60 per couple or $140 for a family of four.
“We know our travel agent partners are as valuable to us in these transactions as in any other customer transaction. Our agents asked for us to review our current policies, and we listened,” said Mike Going, president of Funjet Vacations. “We have committed to making it easy and profitable to do business with Funjet and our continued actions speak to that commitment.”
