Starting September 5, American Airlines will launch nonstop service between New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport and Las Vegas' McCarran International Airport. Flight 257 departs New York at 4:20 p.m. and arrives in Las Vegas at 7 p.m. local time. Flight 258 departs Las Vegas at 7:35 a.m. and returns to New York at 3:30 p.m. These flights will depart daily. This is just one of several Big Apple-based American flights making a debut in the coming months. Throughout the summer, the airline also will launch nonstop services between New York and Port-au-Prince, Haiti; Caracas, Venezuela; and San Francisco.
