Midwest to See Jump in Caribbean Airlift

NWA WorldVacations, a division of Northwest Airlines, on Monday said it would offer increased air service from the Midwest to a variety of warm-weather destinations this winter. "For example, during peak travel periods this winter, daily service on Northwest Airlines from Minneapolis to Cancun will jump from three times a day to five," said Ken Pomerantz, president and chief marketing officer for MLT Vacations, a wholly owned subsidiary of Northwest.
