SAS Gives Travelers More With New SAS Go and SAS Plus

View from the rear of an airplaneIn June, SAS will introduce new service concepts in Scandinavia and Europe, replacing previous service classes with two alternatives: SAS Go and SAS Plus. According to SAS, SAS Go is for “customers who want to have a lot,” and SAS Plus is “for customers who want to have more.” What does this mean? SAS has been working with customers to improve onboard flight services, and create new ones that focus on the customer’s needs rather than on industry standards.

One change being made to all flights is the food. Traditional airplane food will be replaced with a Café that offers a variety of new options to all customers onboard. Specific benefits of SAS Go include a checked bag at no extra charge, coffee or tea onboard, and several time saving services such as mobile check-in. SAS Plus includes two checked bags at no extra charge, SAS Fast Track, lounge access, meals and drinks onboard, twice the number of EuroBonus points, plus all of the benefits offered by SAS Go. Whichever choice a customer prefers, either option ensures a more leisurely, time-efficient journey.
